RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II at the Office of Government. Discussed were issues concerning the development of the Armenian Apostolic Church, including the significance and the role of the Church within the society, as well as the strengthening of the system of Christian values. The Catholicos of All Armenians and the Head of Government made an arrangement to organize a symposium dedicated to the role and significance of the Church in modern societies as attended by Noravank scientific-educational foundation membership, clergy, intelligentsia, representatives of the faithful in order to discuss ways for addressing a number of important issues of concern to our society.
