A Russian delegation led by Head of RF Government Mikhail Fradkov has arrived in Yerevan for a two-day official visit on December 2, 2005. The delegation is comprised of Russian Ambassador to Armenia Nikolai Pavlov, Russian Minister of Transport Igor Levitin, Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Karasin, Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Shatalov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy Grigory Materov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Vitaly Savelyev, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Alexander Fridlianov, Deputy Minister of Justice Vladimir Jalunin, Head of Federal Agency of Culture and Cinematography Michael Shvydkoi, Deputy Head of Federal Agency of Industry Stanislav Paginsky, Deputy Head of Federal Agency of Management of Federal Property Valery Aratsky, Head of Russian Center for International Scientific and Cultural Cooperation under RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs Eleonora Mitrofonova, Director of CIS Fourth Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrey Kelin, representatives of other public agencies and government departments of Russian Federation, other dignitaries.
The delegation also incorporates representatives of Russian business circles: Honorary President of Russian Union of Industrialists and Businessmen Arkady Volsky, President of the Worldwide Armenian Congress and Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan, Vice-President of Board of Russian Open Society UES Andrey Rappoport, Vice-President of Board of Gazprom Alexander Ryazanov.
