Today RA Prime Minister A. Margaryan has received Preseident of Financial Shareholders Association Systema OJSC Vladimir Yevtoushenkov. During the meeting, Mr. Yevtoushenkov informed the Prime Minister of their interest in getting involved in Armenia and the field-specific investment proposals and went on to stress that the business-friendly environment existing in Armenia was a serious pre-requisite for eventual cooperation. Also, Mr. Yevtoushekov briefed the Prime Minister on his company's activity which according to him was concentrating on the provision of diversified services to a 40mln-strong market. The company was active in the field of information technologies, household appliances, building etc. Bearing on mind that the ITs were considered a priority by the GoA and extensive building projects had been carried out in Yerevan recently, he mentioned that Systema OJSC was in a position to contribute to these activities with its long experience and potentialities.
The head of the Armenian government welcomed the delegation and their willingness and programs for getting involved in Armenia by stressing that the GoA was abiding by investment-friendly policies and was prepared to possibly back the programs proposed.
