A session of RA government's charitable project coordination commission took place, chaired by commission head Simon Ter-Simonyan.
6 projects have been discussed. In particular, there have been approved 4 programs carried out by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, referred to as "Equipping of secondary school in Khashtarak village of Tavush marz," "Furniture installation in the village hall of Ditavan village of Tavush marz," "Street lighting restoration in Shvanidzor, Nernadzor and Alvank communities of Syunik marz" and "Organization of concerts for Telethon-2008" respectively.
The commission has also endorsed a project implemented by AKSA charity entitled "Training of medical staff for emergency situations in Armenia."
The Armenian Technology Group foundation will realize a project to help a nursery farm in Kheramort village of the NKR improve young tree raising processes.
The meeting has also discussed and approved several sub-programs under the standing ones, as well as projects on import of charitable freight destined to various organizations operational in Armenia.
