RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's Congratulatory Remarks on 80th Birthday Anniversary of Janik Janoyan
Dear Janik Janoyan,
Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your 80th birthday anniversary.
Your long and impeccable life history and activities are intrinsically linked to the path covered by our country and our people over the past few decades.
Owing to those several posts of high responsibility held within the government of Soviet Armenia and over one and a half decade passed at the top of the country's financial system, you built up a wealth of experience and an array of important skills which came to be used for the strengthening of the Republic of Armenia, management of public funds and economic rehabilitation from the very first years of independence.
You will be remembered for ever both as the last Minister of Finance of the second Republic and the first Minister of Finance of the third Republic, who happened to affix his signature on the sample of the first banknote of independent Armenia.
You continue bringing a fruitful and effective contribution to Armenian Development Bank's managing board chairmanship by having been re-elected to this post 14 times now.
Congratulating you once again on your 80th birthday anniversary, I wish your health and unfailing energy, happiness and many years of creative work for the sake of our country's and people's prosperity.
