RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received World Bank Armenia Office head Aristomene Varudakis, Foreign Investment Advisory Service (FIAS) director Karin Millet, World Bank and FIAS experts.
The FIAS representatives presented to the Prime Minister, the Armenian ministers of economy and finance and the head of the Armenian Development Agency the final report on their findings and recommendations summarized in a World Bank-proposed study into the institutional impact of ADA activities and the ways to achieving enhanced work efficiency. Set to start a USD 2 MN-worth of a Dutch-grant supported technical assistance program, the World Bank makes a point of providing efficiency-oriented expert advice to the Agency.
The Prime Minister said the FIAS experts' findings, conclusions and recommendations reassured him once again as ADA Board Chairman that the Agency needs reforming. Highly appreciative of the proposals formulated in the report, the head of government thanked the guests for their useful work
