Condolences to the Prime Minister and the people of the Russian Federation
RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a message of condolences to RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on the tragedy that took place in Perm. The cable reads in part:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of Armenia, I extend sincere condolences on the tragedy that took place in Perm on December 5. We join the people of Russia and mourn the tragic killing of more than one hundred people.
Please give my sympathy and sincere condolences to the families of the victims.”
