The Prime Minister and “Together” movement to continue making joint efforts in 2010
The head of government received the representatives of “Together” youth movement. Addressing the delegation, the Prime Minister said, in particular: “Your organization has a very important mission to fulfill, namely to assist the President and the Prime Minister in implementing reforms in our country. Your participation is crucial as our reform efforts will be successful only if you are immediately involved in these processes.
For this very reason, I welcome you once again to the Office of Government and express my appreciation of your efforts made in 2009. Your activity is kept on record by society and the response of the public is quite positive. Rest assured that the government will continue supporting your initiatives in future. I am well aware of your target areas and stand ready to discuss the possibilities for cooperation in 2010.”
The delegation pledged their support for the President’s and the government’s reform efforts and briefed the Prime Minister on the work done so far by their organization. After discussing the process of reforms and the role to be played by youth, the parties had an outspoken conversation on various issues of topical interest.
