RA Prime Minister opens the jubilee exposition
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan opened today the 10th universal regional commercial and industrial exhibition referred to as Armenia Expo 2010.
Emphasizing the importance of this already traditional exposition, the head of government stated in part: “This is an excellent opportunity for establishing contacts between entrepreneurs: the exposition should maintain its international status involving foreign participants who can help us create a business-friendly environment in the Republic of Armenia by revealing such assets as may attract foreign investors to our country.”.
Speaking about the round tables organized during the event, Tigran Sargsyan said they are sure to lead to investment-conducive arrangements.
The Prime Minister walked round the stands to get acquainted with the participating companies and their products.
The exposition features over 180 entities from Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Russia, Belarus, Iran, the UAE, Germany, Georgia, Turkey, China, Poland, Italy and Israel.
Hosted by the Logos Expo Center and the Armenian Union of Industrialists and Businessmen in the Karen Demirchyan complex, Armenia Expo 2010 will be up from September 3 through September 5, 2010.
