Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s condolences on the passing of Victor Chernomyrdin
With deep sorrow, I learned of the demise of outstanding statesman and politician, ex-Head of RF Government Victor Chernomyrdin.
Great is Victor Stepanovich Chernomyrdin's contribution to the building and development of our country’s energy infrastructures, dealing with the aftermath of the devastating earthquake of 1988 and rehabilitating the disaster zone, as well as to the development of Armenia-Russia economic cooperation. His valuable efforts made it possible to strengthen and push ahead with bilateral economic exchanges.
On behalf of the Government of Armenia and myself, I express deep sympathy to the family, close relatives and colleagues of Victor Chernomyrdin.
