Independence 20th anniversary-dedicated actions discussed
The standing commission on preparation of independence 20th anniversary-dedicated actions held its first sitting in the Office of Government, chaired by head of commission, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
The meeting discussed the draft program of independence 20th anniversary-dedicated actions. The heads of ministries and government agencies submitted lists of jubilee events under their responsibility. The Ministry of Culture was told to form a tender commission to review the bids concerning the selection of a symbol for the 20th anniversary of independence.
Wrapping up the meeting, Tigran Sargsyan ordered to sum up the proposed ideas and recommendations and submit them to the secretariat of the commission as shortly as possible.
