Armenian Development Agency managing board holds meeting
Armenian Development Agency CJSC managing board met at Government, chaired by board chairman, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
Under agenda item 1, ADA Director General Robert Haroutunyan reported back the status of previous meeting’s assignments.
The 2010 annual activity report was presented to the Board members. In particular, Robert Haroutunyan referred to investment-oriented and export-conducive efforts implemented in the period under review, including project preparation, identification and negotiations with would-be investors, outreach and organizational activities. He also spoke about the work done as part of ADA’s reform program. The report was approved by the Board.
The meeting next discussed and endorsed the 2011 program of activities covering export- and business-friendly actions, as well as IT-oriented endeavors in a number of target areas.
In conclusion, the meeting approved the estimate of expenditures for 2011. The head of government charged the Director General of ADA to submit the financial estimate to the Ministry of Finance in the manner established by law.
