Inspection reform coordination council holds its regular sitting at RA government
The third sitting of the inspection reform coordination council was held today the government office, led by the president of the council Tigran Sargsyan.
According to the approved agenda, the council discussed the RA draft law “On Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law “On Organizing and Conducting Checks in the Republic of Armenia”, elaborated by the recommendations and comments made at the Council’s previous sitting on March 4th. The draft law was approved by the Council and the Ministry of Justice was instructed to clarify the wording of some provisions of the draft law.
On another issue, the Minister of Urban Development Vardan Vardanyan presented the suggestions, established with the clause 8 of “Schedule of Implementation of Necessary Events of the Concept of Solution to Issues on Fight against Self-Willed Construction in the Territory of the Republic of Armenia”, which refers to the raising of effectiveness of the state control and reduction of corruption risks in the field, which was approved with the RA Government’s December 30, 2010 N1757 decision.
The Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan instructed to present the proposals to the RA Ministry of Finance.
The Prime Minister also instructed the Minister of Urban Development to discuss the RA draft law “On Control and Supervision of Urban Development Activity” with all the stakeholders.
