Prime Minister Congratulates Edward Mirzoyan on 90th Birth Anniversary
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan congratulated well-known Armenian composer, former SU and Republic of Armenia People’s Artist Edward Mirzoyan on his 90th birth anniversary.
The message of the head of government states in part: “For long decades now, your artistic legacy has been an essential part of the Armenian cultural treasury which is our people’s credit card.
In your capacity of skilled expert and carrier of the centuries-old spiritual and cultural heritage of the Armenian people, you managed to reflect them in your works representing various genres of musical art which are performed on most famous international stages glorifying your people and yourself.
You are of full attendance in Armenia’s cultural and social life both as a first-class composer, teacher and the founder of the Mirzoyan school. You have always been distinguished for numerous human and civic qualities among which your boundless modesty is a special highlight.”
Tigran Sargsyan wished the well-known composer robust health and inexhaustible enthusiasm.
