Tigran Sargsyan: “Economic Forum of Vienna to Reveal Cooperation Potential in Europe, Asia and Caucasus”
The World Economic Forum on Europe and Central Asia seeks to review regional issues against the background of global developments, as well as to expose the cooperation potential available in Europe, Asia and Caucasus.
Assessing the impact of the forum proceedings held at the Schönbrunn Palace of Vienna, head of the Armenian delegation, Prime Minister Sargsyan noted that speakers were trying to reveal the European Union’s capabilities and possibilities, as well as the expectations from countries like Armenia in terms of euro-integration and infrastructures improvement.
The possibility of engineering a more intellectual resource-friendly environment is being discussed at the forum. “In this respect, the opinions expressed by politicians and top executives from large business companies may help to get an idea of upcoming developments. The forum brings together such personalities as are shaping visions and have a say in decision-making processes,” Tigran Sargsyan noted.
The head of government is also due to call at the headquarters of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) to meet with Director-General Suleiman Jazeer Al-Herbish.
