Meeting between Armenian and Hungarian Prime Ministers
On a working visit to Vienna for attendance of the World Economic Forum on Europe and Central Asia, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met yesterday with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
During the meeting which went off in an atmosphere of warmth and friendship, Tigran Sargsyan described Armenia’s economic status and the ongoing reforms. In turn, Viktor Orbán touched upon Hungary’s economic position. The two prime ministers exchanged views on economic reforms and transformations. They took the opportunity to invite each other to visit their respective countries.
Victor Orbán is the vice chairman of the European People’s Party. In this context, the parties talked about cooperation with the EPP. Note that Armenia has filed an application for associate membership of the EPP.
