Prime Minister Sargsyan Hands Diplomas to ASPI Graduates
Head of Armenia State Pedagogical University (ASPI) Governing Council, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited today the ASPI to take part in a graduation diploma handout ceremony.
The head of government handed out diplomas to 13 best students out of a total of 97 graduates.
Extending his congratulations, Tigran Sargsyan said a new chapter is being opened up before the graduates who will have to make a practical use of their university learning.
According to the Prime Minister, post-graduate activities have always been kept in focus by the State as the success of reforms is largely dependant on graduates’ performance. “It is not at all a secret that universities are competing in terms of ensuring a well-deserved place and an appropriate standing in public life, as well as winning the society’s trust for their graduates. This is why we first of all rely on those students graduating from the university with distinction. We welcome your aspiration and drive for getting a red diploma,” the Prime Minister said.
