Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s Condolence Message On Passing Of CEC Chairman Garegin Azaryan

Great is Garegin Azaryan’s contribution to the reorganization of Armenia’s electoral authority which plays a key role in promoting participatory democracy and election reform in our country.
