The Prime Minister Got Acquainted With the Students’ Practical Works and Educational Capabilities
"I can work" Olympiad, a program demonstrating professional capabilities launched today, November 10, at the Pan-Armenian Youth Foundation with the participation of students of different educational establishments. Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan also attended the event. The students presented to the Head of the Government the practical works of their initial and vocational education and their professional skills.
The program aims to increase of the role of the vocational education and promote the reinforcement of social partnership.
Three teams of the following qualifications will compete within the framework of the Olympiad: ‘cook’, ‘carpenter’ and ‘tailor-designer’. Other qualified students of the following specializations will be given the chance to show their capabilities: ‘wood art etcher’, ‘caterer’, ‘carpet weaver’, ‘stone art etcher’, ‘miniaturist’, ‘panting’ and others. A total of 90 students of 21 specializations are participating in the event organized by the RA Ministry of Education and Science.
