Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan's Congratulatory Message on Day of Yerkrapah
Dear Companions-in-Arms,
I congratulate you warmly and with a feeling of pride on the Day of Yerkrapah.
The glorious path covered by the Yerkrapah has been undeniably instrumental in engineering our sovereign statehood and will be engraved in our people's history for ever. The yerkrapah volunteers undertook the cause of defending Motherland's borders in time of emergency to safeguard the country against external threats and symbolize our unbreakable will of justifiable fight. We bend our heads before the memory of those freedom-fighters who kept our frontiers safe from assault and secured our confidence in the future. Still full of dedication and faith, the Union of Yerkrapah Volunteers keeps on contributing towards the reinforcement of our army, supporting the families of our wounded comrades, educating the young generation in the spirit of patriotism. These are all issues of current interest and should be addressed by common efforts.
I am confident that in keeping to the values embraced and bearing in mind the glorious chapters of its past history, the Yerkrapah will faithfully continue along the lines traced by eternal President of UYV, Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan.
Dear Comrades,
Once again, I congratulate you all on this wonderful holiday and wish your families and the whole nation peace, health and happiness.
