Today RA government has held an extraordinary session chaired by Prime Minister A. Margaryan.
The executive has amended Government Decision No. 87 of January 16, 2003 "On Approval of Licencing Procedure and Licence Format for the Provision of Telephone Services in the Republic of Armenia." In particular, it was decided that henceforth the licence for the provision of telephone services should include a mention of the service type. The tender is supposed to be held by the Ministry of Transport and Communication except as the government forms a tender committee to hold it on the terms and conditions set by itself with a follow-up submittal of tender results for RA government
