Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received a delegation of international observers led by President of International Expertise Center for Electoral Systems Alexander Zinc.

”Appreciative of your involvement, we will provide all the facilities necessary for successful completion of your mission. We have done everything to ensure that the upcoming election proves the best one in our history,” the Prime Minister pointed out.

The guests hailed the government’s reform efforts that have created a good basis for high-level conduct of the upcoming parliamentary election.

Tigran Sargsyan said anyone responsible for breaches and irregularities will be prosecuted. He ruled out the recourse to ballot stuffing, compulsion or instances like that.

The parties took the opportunity to talk about the reform of the electoral code, EU-Armenia relations, European integration and other issues of topical interest.
