“Dear Mr. Sargsyan,
Please accept my warmest congratulations on our shared holiday, Great Patriotic War Victory 67th anniversary.
On this special day for Russia and Armenia, as well as for all the CIS member States, we remember with deep gratitude and respect the exploits of our victorious troops, as well as the fortitude and courage of the home front heroes who won the war against fascism.
I am convinced that the war-tested strategic alliance of Russia and Armenia will go strengthening for the benefit of our two peoples, as well as for the sake of stability and security in Caucasus.
I avail myself of this opportunity to sincerely thank you for constructive work and wish you every success, robust health and well-being.”
