The Government of the Republic of Armenia

Chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the Board of Trustees of Armenia’s Youth Foundation (AYF) met at the Office of Government.

First, the meeting reviewed the auditor’s findings concerning the Foundation’s financial statements for 2011. The council next approved the Foundation’s annual report for 2011, according to which 183 youth programs and activities were carried out last year as compared to 69 events implemented in 2010.

While discussing statutory and organizational changes, the council approved a set of guidelines for the provision of grants by the AYF, disciplinary rules, as well as a procedure to follow in monitoring and evaluating assistance programs.
