Guided by sub-paragraph 6, paragraph 121 of the order established by presidential ordinance PO-174-N of July 18, 2007, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Armen Hayrapetyan of the post of RA Deputy Minister of Diaspora.
