Healthcare-Related Legislation Streamlined
Chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the Economy-Related Legal Act Reform Council met in the Office of Government.
Acting Director of Government Staff-affiliated National Center for Streamlined Legislation PIC public institution Armen Yeghiazaryan introduced a package of proposals to be implemented in the healthcare sector.
The meeting discussed and took note of recommendations for legislative reform in the field of licensing healthcare services.
The National Center for Streamlined Legislation PIC public institution came up with proposals on how to improve the process of providing free medical care and services to rescuers, servicemen and other military personnel, as well as their family members.
After the package has been adopted, a number of legal acts shall be invalidated or improved, and several business processes will be simplified.
