Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Aram Harutyunyan from the office of Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
By another decision, Hovsep Shahinyan was appointed to be Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.

Hovsep Shahinyan was born on November 1, 1970 in Vedi town of Ararat Marz. In 1977-1987 he graduated from Sec. School N1 and Music School in Vedi.
