Today Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan has received the delegation led by co-chair of the task force on cooperation between the Moscow and RA governments, head of Moscow Central Administrative District Sergey Baydakov.
The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction at the outcome of the second working session of the Commission, which had reviewed a broad range of issues of mutual interest in the areas of trade and economy, education, health care, culture, sport, tourism and so on which as addressed would promote the development of the Armenian-Russian cooperation.
Head of the Yerevan Mayoralty's Mission in Moscow Makar Nahapetyan briefed the Prime Minister on the outcome and arrangements reached at the latest session.
In his turn, Mr. Baydakov stressed that, facilitated by an atmosphere of mutual understanding, the latest session of commission was quite constructive. He thanked the government of Armenia for excellent organization of said session.
Mr. Andranik Margaryan and Mr. Baydakov agreed that successful implementation of commission decisions facilitated the development of new projects as seen in the context of sustained expansion of diversified bilateral relationships. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of Armenia's Year in Russia to the further strengthening of cultural ties between the two peoples that might be conducive to activated contacts and exchanges and raise public awareness in Russia of Armenia
