Deepening Of Armenian- Russian Military-Technical Cooperation Discussed
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation, Russian co-chair of the Armenian-Russian intergovernmental commission on military - technical cooperation Constantine Biryulin who is in Armenia to attend the 8th meeting of the commission, scheduled for November 25-29. Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Alik Mirzabekyan is the Armenian co-chair of the Commission.
“Armenia attaches special importance to Armenian-Russian military-technical cooperation and is eager to deepen its,” Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, praising Mr. Biryulin for personal contribution to the strengthening bilateral military-technical cooperation.
In turn, Constantine Biryulin stressed that either Russia attaches great importance to the military- technical cooperation with Armenia and is taking steps in the direction of its development. The parties discussed issues related to the current status and further expansion of military-technical cooperation between Russia and Armenia.
Constantine Biryulin and Alik Mirzabekyan briefed the Premier on the outcome of the 8th session of the Armenian - Russian intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation. It was noted that there is full understanding as to the implementation of the agreements reached between the two sides.
