By Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s decision, Artur Arakelyan was relieved of the post of Acting Head of Procurement Assistance Center SNCO. In accordance with another decree signed by the Prime Minister, Artur Arakelyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications.
