Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan Visits MFA Diplomatic School
The MFA diplomatic school’s 2013 training course completed today with a lecture delivered by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, entitled “Armenia’s integration in the Eurasian space.” In attendance was Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan.
The head of government touched on Armenia’s entry into the Customs Union, detailed the work done so far, presented future steps and developments in this area.
After the lecture, Tigran Sargsyan answered the students’ questions about Armenia’s foreign policy priorities, Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union and the Eurasian integration process. Reference was also made of the home policy priorities, including the need for harmonious regional development, information technologies etc.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked the Prime Minister for the opportunity to brief the future diplomats on our country’s domestic and foreign policy prospects and priorities.

The MFA Diplomatic School was established under a government decree in September, 2009. It was opened on February 15, 2010. The School has the following priority objectives: raising diplomatic personnel for the MFA, providing training for public agency foreign relations department staffs, as well as development of scientific and educational cooperation in the field of international relations.
