On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I express most sincere condolences on the tragic loss of innocent lives in Volgograd terrorist acts.
Committed on the eve of Season’s holidays, those appalling acts of cruelty and cynical nature caused our citizens’ anger and indignation.
Strongly condemning all forms and manifestations of terrorism, we hereby express our full solidarity to the Government of the Russian Federation.
We grieve with the brotherly people of Russia and share the pain and sorrow of the family and close relatives of the slain.”
