Noravank Scientific and Educational Foundation Holds a Regular Meeting of Board of Trustees







“Noravank” scientific and educational foundation board of trustees held a regular meeting today at the Government office, chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.

The results of the foundation's activities carried out in 2013 were presented at the meeting. It was reported that during the period under review 3 reports have been prepared, 4 books, 24 magazines and 76 articles have been published and 5 international conferences have been organized by the fund.

The foundation staff attended 18 international and 6 national conferences and presented 26 reports in the previous years. The PM was informed that the foundation's website, which has over 2000 subscribers, registered about 1,5 million visits in 2013.

The armenological center of the foundation also carries out works in order to discover the scientific and analytical intellectual potential of the Armenian diaspora. In this respect, a book titled ''Scientific and Analytical Community of Armenian Diaspora'' has been published.

It was reported that the foundation works closely with the RA ministries of defense and diaspora.

Afterwards, the board discussed and approved the foundation's 2014 budget.
