The credit due to the NKR in the first quarter grew by about AMD1bn. Treasury system is being reformed.
The Government decided that the 10 billion dram-worth interstate credit due to the NKR in the first quarter will grow by about AMD1bn. Besides, clarified are the policy indicators of domestic sources for State budget deficit funding in 2013.
Thanks to the reform, payments to the State budget by organizations from Gavar, Martuni, Dilijan, Alaverdi, Spitak, Tashir, Kapan, Sisian, Artik and Maralik towns of Armenia are being accomplished electronically. Before that this task was implemented by local treasury departments.
Taking into account this fact, on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, the Government decided to withdraw the local treasury departments of the aforementioned towns from the structure of the staff of the Ministry of Finance.
No recommendations or comments on the matter were provided by the Ministry of Justice and the Civil Service Council.
