Tax authority to conduct mandatory funded component’s individual registration database Civil defense evaluation procedure approved
In compliance with articles 9, 14 and 17 of the law “On Funded Pensions,” the Government amended a previous decree to make a re-distribution in the 2014 State budget.
In accordance with the above Articles, the tax authority runs the mandatory funded component’s individual registration database, receives monthly returns of personnel contributions from employers, after checking their accuracy issues corresponding directives to the Treasury and so on.
Today’s Cabinet sitting went on to approve a civil defense complex evaluation procedure for State administration agencies and local self-government bodies, under which the civil defense status of public entities shall be assessed in the following terms: “ready,” “partly ready” and “not ready.”
The assessment covers protection engineering, radiation protection, medical protection mode, evacuation arrangements, civil defense units’ readiness, the availability of civil defense training and emergency management facilities, as well as the status of communications and alarm systems.
Developed and drafted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the decision sets up the first-ever methodological guideline for State administration and local self-government bodies and civil defense organizations.
