Expansion of relationship between Armavir Marz of Armenia and Moravia-Silesia region of Czech Republic discussed
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received a delegation led by Head of the Moravia-Silesia region of the Czech Republic Miroslav Novak.
The Prime Minister welcomed the emerging cooperation between Armavir Marz and Moravia-Silesia region that will contribute to the development of bilateral economic, cultural and humanitarian ties. “Armenia and the Czech Republic boast high-level political bonds. We attach great importance to the expansion and development of bilateral relations in various fields,” Hovik Abrahamyan said.
Thankful for a warm welcome, Miroslav Novak advised that a group of Czech entrepreneurs, engaged in different activities, including agriculture and tourism, have arrived in Armenia. Work is underway to launch charter flights from Yerevan to Ostrava. The Head of Moravia Silesia region said that various agreements have already been reached between the entrepreneurs of the two countries to implement joint projects.
Appreciating the activities aimed at enhancing bilateral economic ties, the Prime Minister noted that the Government of Armenia is ready to contribute to the development of cooperation between Armavir Marz and Moravia-Silesia region.
