Artsakh President Welcomes Armenia Prime Minister-Led Government Delegation






Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s working visit to Artsakh continues. The Prime Minister-led government delegation was received by NKR President Bako Sahajyan at his residence.

The head of the Armenian government and the President of Artsakh first met face to face, followed by a meeting in extended format, involving the members of the delegation. of the Government of Armenia. The parties discussed progress in and prospects for the multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh.

Pleased with the talks held in Artsakh, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan advised that several issues of mutual interest had been discussed the NKR Prime Minister and government members, resulting in specific agreements. Hovik Abrahamyan stressed that Armenia will do its utmost to promote security and economic development in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

The need to reinforce cooperation and bilateral exchanges was highlighted on either side as an essential precondition for the two Armenian States’ harmonious development. After the meeting, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan and President Bako Sahakyan toured the capital of the NKR Stepanakert.
