Mr. Hrachya Mousayelyan has been appointed RA Deputy Minister of Energy by RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan's decree.
Biographic details
Hrachya Zaveni Mousayelyan was born on August 6, 1961 in the city of Yerevan. In 1984, he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yerevan Polytechnic after K. Marx in "Organization and Economic Management of Machine-Building Industry." In 1996-1998, he studied for a post-graduate degree at the Economic Research Institute of RA Ministry of Economy. Upon approval of his thesis in 2004, he was conferred a degree of Doctor of Economics.
In 1991-2000, he was Deputy Dean with a subsequent promotion to the post of Dean of the Engineering University of Armenia. Between 2000 and 2002, he first held the office of Chief of Staff, then that of Head of Inspection and Control Unit of RA Ministry of Energy. From 2002 up till the new appointment, he had been Director General of LEDA Campus LTD.
Mr. Hrachya Mousayelyan has been a member of Orinats Yerkir Party since 2004.
He is married and has 2 children.
