PM Briefed on Children of Armenia Foundation Activities and Programs
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received Children of Armenia Foundation founder and Board chairman Garo Armen and Executive Director Anush Yeghiazaryan.
The Prime Minister was briefed on the Foundation’s activities and programs. In particular, SMART innovative educational center was said to be under construction in Debed community (Lori Marz). The Center will host schoolchildren and teenagers from local communities, as well as highly qualified specialists. Innovative technology, foreign languages, crafts, art and other subjects will be taught at the Center. The Foundation intends to open similar centers in other regions of Armenia.
Appreciating the initiative aimed at developing rural infrastructure, the Premier expressed his government’s readiness to assist with the implementation of different initiatives. During the meeting, the parties took the opportunity to discuss issues related to other initiatives.
