I am pleased to note that following on the rich tradition, the Armenian modern construction industry keeps on making buildings we are truly proud of. You have developed new construction technologies in the newly independent Armenia, which guarantee the durability of our buildings,” Hovik Abrahamyan said.
Noting that Armenian engineers used to build event in difficult times, the Prime Minister expressed conviction that our builders will continue to work with the same love and enthusiasm, bearing in mind that not only do they lay stone over stone, but they also hand over values and traditions.
The Prime Minister stressed that the Government is making efforts to develop new projects and programs aimed at propelling the construction industry, supporting the developers through incentive mechanisms to provide mortgages.
“New construction projects are coming in - Old Yerevan, Firdusi District - as well as several regional projects in infrastructure, education, healthcare, culture, sports and other spheres,” Hovik Abrahamyan said.
