PM Chairs Continued Discussion on Draft Tax Code
Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the Government held an expanded consultation to discuss the draft Tax Code as attended by the representatives of the departments concerned.
The meeting heard and discussed several proposals for specific types of taxes, the viewpoints and approaches provided by the representatives of the ministries of economy, healthcare, education and science, agriculture, transport and communications.
The Prime Minister noted the importance of intensive discussions over the draft Tax Code, implementation of further reforms in the given field in order achieve a transparent and competitive framework for businesses, and entrusted those responsible to continue with the detailed per-sector discussions.
