PM Visits Hailstorm-Hit Communities in Armavir Marz
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan visited hailstorm-affected Tandzut, Arevik, Yeghegnut and Artashar communities in Armavir Marz of Armenia. The Premier inspected the plantations getting a first-hand view of the damage caused by the hailstorm. He talked to the farmers taking note of their concerns.
Hovik Abrahamyan instructed those concerned to install additional anti-hail stations in Armavir Marz as soon as possible. In response to the farmers’ request, Hovik Abrahamyan promised to discuss with the Central Bank the possibility of granting the affected farms a delay in the repayment of loans.
The Prime Minister answered a number of questions of interest to the local population, which bore on agricultural activities, procurements, community infrastructure, etc.
