PM Meets and Congratulates Armenian Olympians
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan called at Zvartnots international airport to meet the members of the Armenian national team, which took part in the 31 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The Prime Minister warmly congratulated Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Artur Alexanyan, silver medalists - wrestler Mihran Haroutunyan, weightlifters Simon Martirosyan and Gor Minasyan and thanked them for holding high Armenia’s image and the honor of the Armenian people in the Rio-2016.
The Head of Government wished the athletes every success and new achievements. The Armenian Olympians were welcomed by thousands of fans from different regions of Armenia. The ceremony ended with a solemn salute.
