PM Receives Rostov Region Governor
Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan received a delegation led by RF Rostov Region Governor Vasily Golubev.
The Premier expressed confidence that Mr Golubev’s participation in the Armenian-Russian interregional conference will give a new impetus to regional cooperation. Stressing that there is great potential for expanding economic exchanges, Karen Karapetyan said the Armenian side will soon submit to Russian partners a package of investment projects. The head of the Armenian government noted that prospective ties of cooperation might be built up in different fields of activity, including agriculture and tourism.
The Governor of Rostov Region assured of his readiness to take steps toward promoting interaction and trade exchanges with the regions and business circles of Armenia. In this regard, Vasily Golubev emphasized the need for active involvement of the Armenian community of Rostov.
