Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan Introduced Newly Elected PSRC Chairman
On April 23, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan introduced newly elected PSRC Chairman Garegin Baghramyan to the members and staff of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia.
Congratulating Garegin Bagramyan, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that with his long experience, he will bring an essential contribution to the effective implementation of tasks set before the PSRC.
Tigran Avinyan noted the importance for the Commission to remain an independent and impartial body and best protect the interests of consumers. He assured that the Government would render all possible assistance to the efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and transparency in PSRC activities.
Thankful for the confidence, Garegin Baghramyan emphasized that his work will be aimed at increasing the independence of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, increasing its transparency, balancing the interests of consumers and businessmen, as well as establishing closer relations with the public at large.
