Interdepartmental Commission on Evaluation of Subvention Bids Met in the Government
On June 13, under the coordination of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, a regular meeting of the interdepartmental commission for evaluation of subvention bids was held in the Office of Government, which discussed bids for subvention aimed at developing the economic and social infrastructures of communities in addition to the applications approved by the Prime Minister’s decision 2019 No. 278-A of March 19. Note that some 63 applications had been received from communities, of which 60 were approved for a total cost of about 2.5 billion drams, with 1.5 billion drams co-financed from the state budget.
Approved programs aimed at co-financing programs represented by the communities in terms of asphalting of intra-communal roads, improvement of water supply and irrigation systems, overhaul of kindergartens, construction and overhaul of roads, the purchase of multi-functional equipment and other works to serve the needs of agriculture and communities. They are aimed at promoting the improvement of the economic and social infrastructures of communities and promoting a higher quality of life.
The Deputy Prime Minister gave relevant instructions on the finalization of those projects that have not yet been approved and on holding additional discussions with communities in order to provide feasibility studies for the programs and improve the project packages.
