Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS
On December 25, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Office of the RA Deputy Prime Minister and VivaCell-MTS. The memorandum was signed by Head of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan’s Office Varak Siserian and General Manager of VivaCell-MTS Ralph Yirikian.
Through this memorandum, the parties agree to cooperate in order to organize anti-corruption and internal integrity education and introduce an integrity system within state bodies and public organizations.
The parties will conduct a study and, based on the results, will submit recommendations on the introduction of systems to ensure integrity in the private sector and to assess anti-corruption compliance. They will also develop and introduce anti-corruption education and awareness programs.
Through the memorandum, attaching importance to the significance of the latest technologies in the sectors of public administration and justice, the parties will develop and implement programs devoted to the application of information technologies in the legal education sector within the law faculties of at least three universities.
