Mher Grigoryan chairs meeting on implementing the set of measures planned for 2020 under the EU-Armenia roadmap
Chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Coordinating Activities to Ensure the Implementation of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and the Document on EU-Armenia Partnership Priorities was held today in the Office of Government.
The first issue on the agenda was presented by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Avet Adonts, who reported the results of the second meeting of the EU-Armenia Partnership Committee, established under the CEPA in Brussels on December 16, 2019, as well as presented the positions and proposals of the parties on certain issues.
The Deputy Minister of Environment and the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure dwelt on the activities to be carried out as part of the CEPA roadmap in 2020. In particular, the meeting discussed the provisions concerning the environment, climate change and transport.
Summing up the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister thanked those present for active participation in the commission’s proceedings and instructed all interested parties to make joint efforts on the way to implementing the activities indicated in the roadmap in order to give them a comprehensive character and application in due time.
