Mher Grigoryan attends CIS Economic Council meeting
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, who is in Moscow on a working visit, attended the 84th session of the Council on Economic Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The meeting agenda featured more than a dozen items, including topical issues of economic cooperation within the CIS. The Council discussed the draft CIS Economic Development Strategy until 2030 and the implementation of pilot interstate innovation projects under the CIS Interstate Innovation Cooperation Program by 2020.
A number of documents were signed on the forecast of production and consumption of energy resources within the CIS-member states, coordinated tariff policy in the field of railway transport, cooperation in the field of education and science, common air defense system, and on information-analytical materials.
