Mher Grigoryan attends Eurasian Economic Commission Council’s regular meeting
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan attended a regular meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission via video communication.
The meeting reviewed the draft strategic directions for the development of Eurasian economic integration until 2025, as well as the proposals submitted by EAEU-member regarding the draft strategy.
Another key issue on the agenda was the creation of a system of fiscal monitoring of mutual trade turnover within the Eurasian Economic Union. The Armenian side expressed willingness to take part in the pilot program and help develop the system of fiscal monitoring.
The Council simplified the public procurement procedures applicable in EAEU-member states. As a result, a manufacturer registered in one EAEU-member state can participate in public procurement tenders announced in another member state.
A draft agreement on the procedure for exchanging credit record-related data within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union was discussed and agreed upon. The agreement will allow the residents of member states to request and receive their credit records in order to apply for a loan in another member state.
